1- Nairobi National Park
It is located in the Nairobi city, this park look like a mini Masai Mara except there is no migration. If you have missed Rhino in Masai Mara, You can spot them here. You can have Two or three hour Land Cruiser ride with driver cum guide, This may cost you around $43.

It is a game drive that truly felt like a deep dive into the heart of the wild. The park includes many wild animals like rhinos, lions, giraffes, and many other.

2- The Hub Karen
It is a very good shopping mall which has a bit of everything in it, and a nice setting. There is a lovely pond out the back with a lot of space to sit and chill out very relaxing.

There is so many shops which has a lot of products to shop and definitely worth a trip out. A variety of food and drinks available in a couple of different places to eat and you will enjoy some African food here.

There is a Nice shops, kiddie activities, pharmacy, optical, restaurants and a great Carrefour grocery store. Everything under one roof and far more urbane than a new tourist would expect.

3- Sheldrick Wildlife Trust
SWT is a leader in African wildlife conservation. They have a program known as  Orphans Project through which they have raised over 320 orphaned elephants and rhinos.

Sheldrick Trust is a blessing for all the baby elephants that are orphaned due mainly to humans killing their mothers.

Absolutely you will have the best experience and place to visit. The care and love all the keepers offer is so valuable. You will be able able to experience some of these babies being bottle fed then allowed to play and cavort, This is an absolute joy to witness.

4- Nairobi Arboretum
It is an amazing well maintained walking trails which has a plenty of shade. The place felt very secure because of the numbers of visitors and guards around.

It was established in 1907. The 30 hectare space is crisscrossed by trails and paths, so it is pretty good for a walk. There are some open spaces with some benches.

The place has very beautiful native and exotic trees (there are more than 300 species), some of which are at least centuries old In the arboretum, the paths are very well laid out, and didactic panels indicate the names of the different trees.

There is very fine birds with colorful feathers and funny groups of vervet and Sykes monkeys here. This place is good for family with kids and other people as well.

5- Giraffe Centre
Is a small super neat place to see and view giraffes, It is a wonderful place for the children. The place is connected to giraffe manor hotel, And it is only available to people staying in the hotel.

The Giraffe Center is so fantastic, place so clean, staff all welcoming. What is more fantastic is being able to feed the tallest animals in the world rigt now up close.

Its well designed and visitors are able to take pictures and record videos while feeding the giraffes. Paying is surprisingly easy with your regular credit card.

6- Karen Blixen Coffee Garden
It is a wonderful venue to eat and relax. You can be there for a lunch or family dinner after a long hot day and it is such a relaxing and calming evening.

There was ample space for the kids to run around in, the food and drinks are extremely delicious and the chef and staff are really attentive.

It is a Lovely place to stay in Nairobi, They have the hot water bottles at night to keep guests warm. The rooms are so nice with waterfall shower at the bathroom.

7- Karura Forest Reserve
It is an urban upland forest on the outskirts of Nairobi. It is a remarkable geographical location with natural resource which considered as one of the largest gazetted forests in the world fully within a city limits.

The Forest covers an area of about 2,500 acres and The forest offers eco-friendly opportunities for Kenyans and visitors from outside the country.

Visitors here will enjoy a leafy green respite from the hustle and bustle of the city to walk, to jog, or simply to sit quietly and experience the serenity of nature in all its diversity.

8- Nairobi National Museum
The museum is extensive with good information on the history and culture of Kenya. There is section of human evolution where many important fossils found in Kenya are on display.
