1- The Agostinho Neto Mausoleum – It is an Ideal place in Angola which contains some building which were built during the colonial era.
Within the Museum there is statue which is most beautiful and interesting for tourists. It is a place where you can study history of the country and it’s former leaders.
The place has been named Augustinho Neto asa way to honor the Late first president of Angola nation.
2- Tundavala – It is Truly amazing place with very interesting geological formations and stunning views over the landscape.
The place has an amazing Natural Spot where you will be looking to a every single day different horizon, colors and temperature, 2000 meters over the ocean level.

3- Kalandula Falls – It is a waterfalls located at the municipality of Kalandula in Malanje Province, Angola. It was formerly known as Duque de Braganca Falls.
Being powered by the Lucala River, the falls are 105 meters (344 feet) high and 400 meters (1,300 feet) wide. They are one of the largest waterfalls by volume in Africa. It is located about 360 km from the capital city Luanda.
Within the place, There is a nice restaurants for people who are going to visit at the place. The water falls goes to municipality of Kalandula in Malanje Province and Lucala River.
4- Sangano Beach – It is a safe and clean which located 90 minutes drive south of Luanda city. If you arrive early, you will be able to grab a fairly flat spot on the beach under some shady trees.
Most of the people here bring a picnic or a BBQ and buy fresh lobster from the locals. There’s an outdoor restaurant across the road from the beach, and simple accommodation available if you want to stay overnight.
This is a good spot for swimming and for walking as the beach is about 2km long.
5- Graveyard (Ship’s Cementery) – It is located 30 minutes drive north of Luanda where there is a long beach with a dozen large ships abandoned on the sands, since the Angola civil war in the 1980’s to 1990’s.
If You are looking for an isolated and great place in the shore of Luanda, just get in there, getting there is not easy, since you required the assistance from a local person.
There are gates all over the place which difficult the access, you must get over bushes in order to reach the shoreline. Once there is amazing, if you are lucky enough to climb on top of one of those forgotten ships, you will enjoy the views.
6- Ilha do Mussulo – It is a beautiful island’s beach with full of tourist resorts, for almost all budgets. The best departure is from the Kapossoca pier, but you can also leave from the slavery museum pier.
Both have large parking spaces. On the island, the Roça das Magueiras resorts and Bar Ssulo stand out. A visit to the counter coast, open sea beaches that are usually deserted, is mandatory for the best experiences.
