Buscor Bus (Pty) Ltd is a major bus company in Mpumalanga, South Africa. Its main office is in Nelspruit.

The company shares the Department of Transport's goal. This goal is to create a great transport system for Mpumalanga. This system will be built with input from the community, industry, and labor. It needs to be unified, reliable, affordable, and safe.

Matsebula's Bus Service began in the late 1960s. It was started by Samuel, Michael, and their father, Mpopoli Matsebula. Joseph Matsebula, their younger brother, later joined them. Before merging with Buscor, Matsebula's Bus Service transported people. They served routes between Pienaar, Daantjie, and Lekazi to Nelspruit. They also operated in the Nkomazi region.

The Sticks Nyalunga Bus Service was run by the Nyalunga siblings. These were Solomon, Ben, and Paul Nyalunga. They provided transport from Kabokweni and Pienaar to White River.

At this time, Fred Kinnear and Abel Erasmus bought a 50% share of the company.

In 1980, Matsebula Bus Service and Stick Nyalunga merged. This merger created BUSCOR Bus (Pty) Ltd. Fred George Kinnear led the new company.
