Kalamazoo Coach Lines was duly registered and incorporated on the 02 January 1986, with its proprietor being FAB Omnibuses cc, and has recently changed proprietorship to Classy Trade & Invest 9 (Pty) Ltd.

It is incorporated on 12 March 2003 having as its director the original founder of the various companies, being MR. F.A.Bhayla.
